This Privacy Policy describes how Intellizu LLC ("Govzu," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Govzu platform, including our website at govzu.com and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information:

  • Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, organization name, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Website data. To perform monitoring, you provide us with the URLs of websites you want Govzu to scan. We collect and store the results of those scans, including detected issues, scores, and historical snapshots.
  • Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken, to help us improve the product.
  • Technical data. This includes IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs, collected automatically when you access the Service.
  • Communications. If you contact us by email or through support channels, we retain those records to respond and improve our support.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Run compliance and accessibility scans on the websites you add
  • Send you reports, alerts, and account-related notifications

Aggregate, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and research purposes.

6. Security
