Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Intellizu LLC ("Govzu," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Govzu platform, including our website at govzu.com and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information:

- Technical data. This includes IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs, collected automatically when you access the Service.
- Communications. If you contact us by email or through support channels, we retain those records to respond and improve our support.
2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information or use it to serve you third-party advertising.
3. Data sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We work with trusted vendors (such as cloud infrastructure and email delivery providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or at the request of a government authority.
- Business transfers. If Intellizu is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent. We may share information in other circumstances when you have given explicit permission.
4. Data retention
We retain account information and scan data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or contractual reasons.
